Interserve recognises that the key to success of our projects lies in the quality of our people involved and our ability to work together with common purpose.
Diversity & Local Presence
Our direct delivery service approach means that we employ from within the local community and support open employment opportunities for disabled people. Offering long-term opportunities to local staff, full-time operatives and tradesmen plays a big part in raising economic standards in these areas. Our partnering approach and commitment to continuous improvement has resulted in a high level of repeat orders and Framework agreements.
Vocational Training and Development
Interserve is committed to using fully-trained and competent teams, who are encouraged to excel through our ongoing learning and development programmes, including an intensive customer service training scheme.
We collaborate with education providers and promote vocational training. Our involvement ranges from providing work experience opportunities and apprenticeships, participating in careers events, helping via Business in the Community and sponsoring training courses.
