Interserve has developed staff training and development programmes including:
- Skills Pledge – Committed to our employees’ skills development and qualification achievement to at least Level 2 (equivalent to 5 A* - C grade GCSEs) in Literacy, Numeracy, Office Services, Building services and Construction craft.
- Personal Achievement and Development Programme – Staff are supported in gaining the necessary skills to improve confidence in their abilities and help ensure job effectiveness.
