Interserve, in consortium with Miller Group, the British Linen Bank and Oxfordshire Mental Healthcare NHS Trust completed a new purpose-built Medium Secure Unit through the Private Financial Initiative. The consortium was responsible for funding, designing, building and operating the 40-bed facility. As the development was for Forensic Mental Health patients / Learning Disabilities patients, we provided anti-tamper and anti-ligature fixtures and fittings.

As a result of our delivery in the original contract, we have been awarded subsequent work; the alterations to Evenlode South Ward to provide a ‘High Dependency’ Unit for two clients.
